Please see the enclosed calling notice for this season’s AGM which will take place on the above date at Droitwich RFC, also attached are the AGM agenda & the minutes from our last AGM.
If you’re unable to attend then do please try and ensure that someone else from your club is present!
Equally if you are no longer the correct DU contact for your club then do please let us know who the appropriate person should be and also pass this notice onto them?
I will send the minutes from our last general meeting closer to the date.
