Rugby is fun, as you get to meet new people, try out new activities and travel to some new places.

But there are some children who don’t have such a great time, as some adults or other children may ruin it for them. They do or say things that may hurt or scare the them and they might be frightened to talk to their friends or family.

If somethings is worrying you, try to speak to someone you trust as soon as possible. Speak to your club’s safeguarding officer.
