Luctonians RFC are recruiting an U18s (Colts) Head Coach for the 2026/2027 season.

This is a great opportunity to coach within a proven development pathway at the top end of the community game, progressing talented juniors through the transition into potential National League adult players and beyond.

A coach with proven experience in developing talented young players
A team-player prepared to buy into a strong club-first culture
A coach ready to progress their own skills and those around them

Vacancy – Men’s Rugby Coach

After 3 years of great growth and success, Aston Old Edwardians are looking for a new Head Coach for the 2026/27 Season.

About the role

Leading the Senior Men’s training and match preparation

Developing the playing structure and team culture

Developing individual and team skills, fitness and rugby awareness

Working alongside the Director if Rugby and overseeing other coaches

About the individual

Experienced at Level 7 rugby

Qualified to at least Level 2

Excellent technical and tactical skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for grassroots, community rugby

About the Club

Currently running 2 senior sides, with aspirations of a 3^rd XV

Excellent clubhouse, changing rooms, playing and training facilities
