Good afternoon ladies and gents,
Please find enclosed the calling notice for our Financial AGM which takes place at Droitwich RFC 7pm on Wednesday 24th September 2025, our regular County meeting will follow straight after.
If you are no longer the DU contact for your club then could I ask that you please forward this e mail onto whomever is the current contact and also let us know who that is?!
The accounts for 2024/25 & the minutes from the 2024-25 FAGM are also enclosed whilst the meeting agendas & minutes from our May AGM will be distributed shortly before the meeting.
Lastly if you have any questions or comments then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
