Useful support documents aimed for clubs for the recruitment & retention of adult male players (Player Welfare and Injury Prevention)

The RFU are creating a number of one page support documents specifically aimed at supporting the recruitment and retention of adult male players,
Injury, or fear of injury, is consistently the number one reason players tell us they will, or are thinking of giving up the game. Attached is a one page resource with clickable links to information and advice on what you can do to help alleviate this. Whilst we clearly can’t take every chance of injury from the game, if we do everything we can to mitigate it, players will feel supported and are more likely to start, or continue to play.
If you have any queries, or would like any further support or advice, please don’t hesitate to contact Jon Critchlow, RFU Club Developer – JonCritchlow@RFU.com
