The North Midlands RFU are pleased to announce the continuation of their highly regarded coaching conferences, with a new event taking place this summer focused on the SHARP principles. This conference aims to promote active learning through the SHARP framework, ensuring coaches are equipped with effective strategies to engage young players.
Open to all coaches, the conference places particular emphasis on youth and age-grade rugby up to Age 11. However, the SHARP principles are designed to be flexible and easily adaptable, making them beneficial for coaches at all levels of the game. Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical approaches to enhance player development and participation.
