Please find below details regarding a series of Principles of the Lineout courses taking place throughout North Midlands in March 2023.
The course is designed to imbed the fundamental Principles for coaching the lineout, including the throw, jump and lift.
The Principles of the Lineout course is split between indoor theory/discussions and a practical outdoor session utilising a group of players to demonstarte the appropraite techniques, leaving more time for coaches to observe and challenge their analytical eye.
