- North Midlands Competitions 2024 / 2025 season – Expressions of interest (e.o.i.) are being sought for the North Mids Competitions 2024-25 season. The rules will be the same as last season.
- You can only enter the RFU Papa Johns competition or the North Mids Competitions (not both)
- The North Mids Cup is only open to Level 5 & 6 clubs in the league system.
- The North Mids Shield is only open to Level 7 & 8 clubs in the league system.
- The North Mids Vase is only open to Level 9 & 10 clubs in the league system.
- The format will be decided after e.o.i.s have been received, a regional ’round robin’ may again be the format.
- There will be a finals day in May 2025.
