NOTICE OF THE NORTH MIDLANDS RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION LIMITED 18TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Rule 8 of the North Midlands Rugby Football Union Limited and Registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Act 2014, I hereby give notice that the 18th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 commencing at 7.30pm at Kidderminster RFC.
Subject to compliance with Rule 5, Members will be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting in Accordance with Rule 8.
Any proposed changes to the Rules are subject to compliance with Rule 8.5.
