The Society Annual General Meeting, followed by a General Meeting will be held on Sunday 3rd August 2025 at Old Halesonians RFC (Wassell Grove, Hagley DY9 9JP).

Under our constitution we are obliged to inform members of those standing for election/re-election and who nominated/supported them.
The following positions are being supported by the Current Board.
Chair of Society – Leonie Pryor. Proposed by Ian Moreton & Seconded by Kelvin Roberts
Treasurer – Ian Moreton. Proposed by Kelvin Roberts & Seconded by John Silverwood.
Training – John Silverwood. Proposed by Leonie Pryor & Seconded by Ian Moreton.
Administration – Tracy Pettingale. Proposed by Ian Moreton & Seconded by Kelvin Roberts
Young Match Official Manager – Patricia Bartlam-Clarke. Proposed by Alex Nock & Seconded by John Silverwood.
Vice Chair – Alex Nock. Proposed by Leonie Pryor & Seconded by Kelvin Roberts.
If you wish to stand for election you must give the current Board a minimum of 28 days notice and state who is proposing you and seconding your application. Please forward this information to Kelvin Roberts (chair@northmidsrefs.co.uk).
There are a variety of opportunities to get involved in task and focus groups. As the management committee and the leadership team, we will tailor any roles to suit your skills, interests and other commitments.
