Cup Competition
2023 / 2024 Season
The North Midlands RFU are running the three competitions this season – Cup, Shield and Vase (with associated plate competitions.)
Games will be organised on a pool basis, details will be published in the near future.
UPDATE
North Mids Cup
8 clubs have entered. Games will be played in two pools of four.
North Mids Shield
14 clubs have entered. Games will be played in four pools. Two of three and two of four.
North Mids Vase
12 clubs have entered. Games will be played in four pools of three.
For all above competitions, clubs will be instructed to play one match on Saturday 20 January 2024 as this is a reserve weekend. (Dependant on league cancellations.)
The competitions will then have two pool matches and semi-finals to be played in the four weeks from 13 April to 4 May 2024 prior to the final on Sunday 12 May 2024.
The tender document for hosting the finals day has been sent out.
