The North Midland’s U18 Colts League 2022/23 – Entry Form
Dear Team Managers/Club Secretary
Entries for the NM U18 colts league are now welcome from any clubs within the North Midlands and surrounding area. The league will continue to be held on Sundays and the number of divisions will be decided once we know how many clubs are entering but will hopefully remain as three.
Note: Please ensure you are fully able to commit to the season before you enter as teams withdrawing from the league cause a great deal of disruption to all participants.
Clubs will be required to send names, RFU number and date of birth for each player before they are eligible to play, so please start preparing these as soon as you can.
If possible, indicate what standard you think your squad will be next season to assist with correct placing within the divisions, for instance U17 champions coming up.

Clubs entering multiple teams please complete separate forms as if they are a different club and give them a definitive title to ensure they are not mixed up. .
Please fill in the attached entry form including an email and telephone number for coach and manager. Include only those details you want circulated to the other teams in the league and ensure that at least one number is a match day contact. The entry fee will be confirmed once we have an idea of number of entries etc. and may be reduced due to an RFU grant.
