You should by now have received your RFU AGM Calling Notice but if not please contact chrisscaiffe@rfu.com .
Paul Kaminski and Charlie Hemmings as your Council Representatives understand that the date for registering proxy votes with ourselves has now expired. Nevertheless, If your Club is attending the online meeting on 17 June at 1800 you can still vote. The formal positions to be elected include Tom Illube as Chairman of the Board. Your Council Representatives have serious concerns about his ability and knowledge to undertake this role effectively and either of us would be pleased to have a deeper conversation regarding this if desired.

- Introduction to compulsory adult player registration – The RFU have recognised the challenges some clubs might be facing surrounding GMS and the introduction of compulsory Adult Player Registration for all therefore they are hosting face-to-face training sessions for all clubs in the 3 DU’s:
- W&H DU clubs on Monday 8th July at 7:30pm at Worcester RFC
- Shropshire DU clubs on Wednesday 10th July @ Bridgnorth RFC
- GB DU clubs on Thursday 11th July at 7:30pm @ Old Saltleians RFC
- Please register stating which night you wish to attend – nmrfuas@gmail.com
This event will ensure that clubs are fully conversant with the “How, When & Why” and practical steps to be taken to ensure Adult Player Registration is not an issue. Don’t miss out on this face-to-face training session for your clubs.
