Coaching support Day – North Midlands RFU
19th June. Midday – 4.30 pm
Lilleshall National Sports Centre
This is an excellent opportunity for clubs to develop a cohesive, sustainable, quality coaching plan and understand the importance of coaching as part and parcel of any club’s player recruitment and retention tools.
Aspects to be covered:
- How to effectively recruit coaches
- Motivating and rewarding coaches
- Monitor and support effective coaching
- Retain and develop effective coaching structures
- Building cohesive coaching teams
This is open to All clubs and schools in North Midlands regardless of league status or gender.
It would be appropriate for Club and Junior Chairs, D of R’s , head coaches, assistant coaches, captains and coaching administrators
Places are limited (maximum 5 delegates per Club) and will be provided on a first come first served basis.
To reserve places at £10 per head please contact Sarah Wild (nmrfuas@gmail.com) or forward a Club deposit of £25 (to hold 5 places) to North Midlands Account at HSBC 402027 31436279 with a reference “Lilleshall” with the remaining to be paid on the day.
Please also inform Sarah of delegates names together with ‘stash’ size (S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL)
