As we are in AGM season, there could be changes to volunteer roles within your club. As you may be aware, the Game Management System (GMS) is the primary source of information for the RFU to find key contacts at your club (e.g. the Community Game Update). Therefore, it is important that your GMS Golden Roles are updated with any personnel changes or contact details; and the appropriate level of GMS Access is provided for the volunteer to perform their role.
If you are not sure how to do this, please see the links below explaining what Golden Roles are and how to update them and the access level permission required:

Please seek further assistance via the Community Rugby Help or raise a ticket to the GMS Help Desk through the Feedback tile.
Thank you in advance for performing this Golden Roles update; I cannot stress enough the importance to update so we can contact you volunteers and get the right information to the right people.
Many thanks,
