North Midlands PDG U16 Girls – Assessment and Selection – Season 25/26
Dear Club Coaches,
I hope you are all well and that planning for the coming season is where you would like it to be.
I thought this might be an opportune moment to nudge everyone as we embark on this season’s PDG U16 assessment and selection stage of a few key principles that are important to ensure an equitable and fair process.
The aim again this season is to hold well-planned and well-run events so we can ensure that even if someone isn’t selected the experience they have had is memorable in a positive way.
Assessments will take place at Birmingham & Solihull RFC on Sunday 14th September 2025 and Sunday 21st September 2025.
Following the Development Session our u16 PDG training squad for 25/26 season will be selected.
Kindly send me your player nominations no later than Wednesday 3rd September 2025.
