Coaching team at Old Saltleians RFC
OLD SALTS are on the move with a brand new ground and clubhouse. We’ve achieved promotion to level 7 despite the challenges that 4 years at a temporary ground brings and we’re now looking for consolidation as our main goal for 22/23, then Level 6 beyond that. With our new facilities due to be ready for the start of 22/23 season, we will attract new players and our aim is to improve the player experience, on and off the field. We are developing our current structures, to ensure that rugby can be enjoyed by all our members but especially the players. To support this, we are looking to fill the following key roles.
Manager
- Organise coaching team and aid the club with player enrichment and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage budget for equipment, staff and stash
- Take charge of necessary admin
- Assist with the clubs presence on social media
Forwards coach
- Ideally scrum specialist
- Experience required
- Mentor and develop current player coaches
Player Coach
- Ideally Flyhalf
- Performed in national league rugby
- Bring a structure in which you can assist the team in operating on and off the field
